Keeping your boiler/Appliance Annually serviced reduces the chances of a breakdown, as signs of problems can be caught early! Most importantly you are checking the safety of the appliance, we recommend having your boiler serviced once a year.
Having your boiler serviced annually has the added benefit that it also validates the manufacturers guarantee.
